      U.S.: Iran's Oil Exports Down Because of Sanctions


      The U.S. Treasury said on Wednesday that Iran’s crude exports and oil revenue have significantly decreased because of the sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic.

      According to U.S. estimates, Iran’s exports have gone from about 2.4 million barrels of oil a day last year to just one million barrels a day since the beginning of the year.
