Egyptian junior sports minister Ebrahim Khalil has been fined for sexual assault, Britian's Daily Mail has reported. Khalil admitted to touching a woman’s chest, but claimed he had just been trying to show her where to put an Egyptian flag badge he had given her. The incident took place during the Paralympics in London.

Khalil tried to claim diplomatic immunity, but magistrates found that diplomatic immunity did not apply in the case.
