Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accused the “enemies of Iran” on Tuesday of being behind a drought in the Islamic Republic.

“The enemy destroyed clouds that were on their way to the country, but Iran will win this war,” Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying by the BBC’s Persian service.
