MK Danon: Clinton's Words are a Slap in Israel's Face

Member of Knesset Danny Danon (Likud) launched an urgent appeal to United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Monday evening, after she said that red lines are not needed for acting against Iran's nuclear development program.

Danon, who is visiting Washington, DC, said, "Your words about not putting a red line before the Iranians is a slap in the face of Israel." He continued, "Lack of responsibility in dealing with the Iranian issue is dangerous to the Western world. Especially on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, there is a need to put clear lines before the Iranians who threaten the entire Western world," adding, "Clinton's words convey a clear message to Iran - the way to nuclear weapons is paved."
