Jail Time and Compensation for Samarian Rock Throwers

A Samarian (Shomron) military court sentenced two Palestinian Authority residents to prison and ordered each of them to pay 6,000 shekels in fines and compensation, Sunday, for a stone throwing incident in January of 2011, next to the Samarian town of Azoun, in which an Israeli woman suffered light to moderate wounds.

One of the suspects, a man aged about 21, was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison, while the other one, aged nineteen, received a sentence of six years and seven months.
