A couple around the age of 40 and their son, about five years old, were killed, Sunday afternoon, when their private vehicle collided with a tractor at the entrance to Meggido, in northern Israel. A baby about the age of one was airlifted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa with head injuries. Magen David Adom paramedics treated another person for light injuries.
