The Supreme Court rejected, Sunday, a petition by the Reform movement to prosecute Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu of Tzfat for contempt of court due to his comments on Arabs. The ruling said, "Contempt of court is not the appropriate procedure. Of course, the way is open for the petitioner to try a new procedure."
