The Histadrut Labor Federation asked the Tel Aviv District Labor Court, Thursday, to fine the Pelephon cellular telephone company for contempt of court. The court will hold a hearing on the request on Monday.

The union claims that management is bypassing a court decision under which management must abstain from activities to thwart organizing of the employees, which the union claims the union is doing through personal contact with the workers. The court limited the company to moderate, informative and legally proportional letters.
