The State Attorney’s Office has responded to the High Court petition to allow aliens into Israel. “The State of Israel will provide all alien infiltrators stopped at the border with necessary humanitarian and medical aid, but will under no circumstances allow them to enter. The State can decide who enters it, and cannot be compelled to admit the aliens.”
