US-Israeli TV Producer Haim Saban Supports Obama

American-Israeli TV producer Haim Saban wrote an editorial in Wednesday's Haaretz newspaper supporting President Barack Obama. "As an Israeli-American, the survival of Israel and the Jewish people is very important... and I intend to vote in November for President Obama," Saban wrote. The op-ed continues to praise President Obama's stance on Israel and argues against those that have questioned his support for the Jewish state.
Saban is well known for producing hit TV shows such as Power Rangers. He also wrote the theme song to Inspector Gadget, Kidd Video and many other American cartoons of the 1980s. His media group also has a stake in ProSiebenSat.1 Media and Univision Communications.
