Tzvi Regev, the father of Eldad Regev, spoke to Arutz Sheva as a Torah scroll was dedicated in memory of his son. “They say that as time passes it gets easier,” said Regev, whose son was kidnapped and murdered by Hizbullah terrorists in 2006. “But really it doesn’t, each day that goes by is harder than the one before.”
“A lot of good people who supported us in the struggle [to bring Regev home – ed.] continue to support us now, and that really helps,” he added.
Regev said he was touched by the Nahar Deah hesder yeshiva’s decision to write a scroll in the memory of his son and fellow kidnapped soldier Ehud Goldwasser.
