“If Iran gets nuclear ability – it would mean the collapse of every understanding, every agreement on non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction,” Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Tuesday, speaking at a meeting of his Yisrael Beiteinu party. “The direct result would be a crazed arms race in the entire Middle East.”

The international community “must better internalize the implications and the meaning of a nuclear Iran,” he declared.
