Singer Kobi Peretz filed a counterclaim, Monday, against former promoter Yochai Ya'ish. It was disclosed, Sunday evening, that Peretz was interrogated by police on suspicion of making threats and conspiring to commit a crime against Ya'ish.

According to Peretz's complaint, Ya'ish fabricated evidence, gave false testimony, and impeded investigative procedures and a police officer.
