A congregation in New Jersey is offering a reward for information leading to the safe return of an Englewood teenager who disappeared last month.

According to a report in the Teaneck Patch, 18-year-old Touro College student Caroline Starkman went missing after visiting a friend in Brooklyn over the July 4 weekend. She also goes by Vicki or Victoria.
