Judge Anna Schneider of the Jerusalem Magistrates Court released a teacher from Modi'in Ilit to house arrest, Friday afternoon.
The teacher faces charges for leaving the four-year-old child of a neighbor in his car for five hours Thursday afternoon. Paramedics who were called after the man returned to the car had no choice but to declare the child dead.
