High Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein has accepted the petition of Regavim against illegal PA Arab construction on Mt Hevron along route 365. The injunction issued prohibits further construction and settlement.

Regavim claims the structure constitutes a threat to the safety and security of Jewish drivers along the route.
