Municipal planners of the new city of Harish say they they plan to retain to create neighborhoods for the National Religious public in addition to marketing toward the Hareidi community. The apartment complexes in the new city will be designed for families with a large number of children. Balconies and patios are being created to accommodate sukkahs for the holiday of Sukkot. Other amenities will likely include zoning for synagogues and mikvot. The new city is to be located near Highway 6 and hopes to accommodate 250,000 residents.
