Opposition head MK Shaul Mofaz (Kadima) attacked  Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu during a speech Wednesday in Knesset. Referring to a recent wave of layoffs, Mofaz said, “For the Prime Minister, the numbers are graphs and columns to play around with.”

“In Netanyahu’s world, the middle class’ refrigerator is always full,” he continued. “The mortgage has been paid, the gas tank is filled without advance calculations, and education really is free – for Netanyahu, life here is one big picnic.”
