India: Death Sentence for Mumbai Terrorist Upheld

India’s Supreme Court has ruled to uphold the death sentence for Mohammed Kasab, one of the terrorists who carried out a string of fatal attacks in Mumbai in 2008. Kasab was the only one of 10 terrorists to survive the attacks.

Kasab was found guilty of waging war against India, murder, and terrorism in connection to the Mumbai attacks, in which 166 people were killed.
