Russian military chief General Nikolai Makarov has refuted rumors that Russia will pull out of embattled Syria. “All our plans are on track, we have not run away from Syria,” he told reporters.

Last month Russian officials said Russia will continue to supply the Syrian government with weapons under previous arms agreements.
