Migron Hopes Court Won't Harm Jewish Property Rights

The Supreme Court hearing into the appeal of Migron residents against their eviction ended late Tuesday morning. Following the hearing, the residents said, "We will wait patiently for the High Court's decision."

They added, "We hope that the Supreme Court judges adopt the decision of the Ministrial Committee [on Settlements] and won't lend a hand to harming Jewish property rights just because they're Jewish." The Ministerial Committee had expressed support for the stance of the Migron residents.
