Bar Ilan University on Monday night said that it was removing its support from a petition in the High Court seeking to remove Ariel University from the approved list of Israeli universities. A report Monday night said that Bar Ilan President Moshe Kaveh had refused to sign the petition.
An official statement from Bar Ilan is due later this week, the report said.
