Former Chief Rabbi Ovadia Yosef has asked Jews to pray on Rosh HaShanah for HaShem to destroy Israel’s enemies, especially Iran and Hizbullah.
He said in his weekly Saturday night broadcast sermon, “There are wicked people in Iran who stand to destroy us, and we need to stand and pray before HaShem with all our hearts."
