Rabbi Aharon Yehuda Leib Shteinman, now considered the leader of the Lithuanian yeshiva community after the recent passing of Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, will fly to France on Sunday where he will give a speech at a special conference in honor of the month of Elul.
In his speech, the rabbi is expected to give a moral lesson and to speak about the virtue of the month of Elul and the upcoming High Holy Days.
