The General Prosecutor in Tripoli announced, Thursday evening, that the trial of Saif Al-Islam, the son of former Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi, will start next month in the Libyan city of Zintan.

Al-Islam faces charges of crimes against civilians during the revolution that ousted his father. He was caught by rebels when he tried to escape into neighboring Niger.
