Several lectures will take place in Tzfat (Safed) for the annual klezmer festival which is taking place through Wednesday. Rabbi Benayahu Bruner, the president and founder of the Yeshivat Hesder will speak on "religious yearning for redemption." Dr. Yossi Stefanski will lead a tour discussing the innovations in ancient synagogues. Other tours will visit the ancient Tzfat cemetery. The main feature will be the musicians who will crowd the streets with klezmer music.
