Several lectures will take place in Tzfat (Safed) for the annual klezmer festival which is taking place through Wednesday. Rabbi Benayahu Bruner, the president and founder of the ‎Yeshivat Hesder will speak on "religious yearning for redemption." Dr. Yossi Stefanski will lead a tour discussing the innovations in ancient synagogues. Other tours will visit the ancient Tzfat cemetery. The main feature will be the musicians who will crowd the streets with klezmer music.
