Egyptian police have discovered Northern Sinai flyers calling for an armed civilian uprising against the military, the police, the Judicial Authority, parties and tribal leaders, as reported by official Egyptian media.

The police also discovered communication devices, a color printer, a scanner and a small remote-controlled aircraft.
