United States President Barack Obama finally has more influence than teenage singer Justin Bieber, the Klout web startup reports. Klout has an algorithm that it says can measure online influence, and last year made headlines by putting Obama after pop star Bieber.
Obama moved up in the rankings following a shift in the Klout algorithm. The algorithm now includes more data from Wikipedia and Linkedin profiles.
