A Jewish motorist was injured Monday during an attempted carjacking. The incident occurred near the Arab village of Husan, outside Beitar Ilit. The driver, who was forced out of the vehicle, jumped on it in order to prevent the Arab car thief who carjacked him from driving away.

The man fell off the vehicle, injuring his head. He was taken to Hadassah Ein-Kerem Hospital for treatment.
