Energy Minister Uzi Landau (Yisrael Beiteinu) has sent a letter to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu urging him to vote in favor of the adoption of the Levy Report. The report states that Israeli settlement in Judea and Samaria (Shomron) is valid under international law.

Landau also called on Netanyahu to put a stop to the Civil Administration and State Prosecution’s use of certain orders when dealing with Judea and Samaria land disputes.

Landau issued his call in advance of a scheduled meeting Tuesday of a ministerial committee on settlement.
