Report: Northern Sinai Police Station Attacked

Masked gunmen on motorbikes fired, early Friday morning, at a police station in the northern Sinai locality of Al-Reissa, according to the Cable News Network. An anonymous police official, who is not authorized to speak to the media, told CNN that there were no injuries and the gunmen got away.

Al-Reissa was one of six locations hit by terrorists on Wednesday in a series of coordinated attacks which resulted in the wounding of five members of the Egyptian security forces and a civilian, according to northern Sinai security chief Ahmed Bakr.
