The Supreme Court issued an order, Thursday, giving the state until Monday to explain why it is not allowing five students from Gaza to study in a masters program on human rights being offered in Judea Samaria, according to Israel Defense Forces Radio.

The order was issued in response to a petition filed by the Gisha (Access) organization after the state refused to change its stance.
