Dozens of Talmud students held a gala Talmud completion ceremony in the Dresden Hilton, Germany. Keynote speaker, Ateret Yisrael Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi said the ceremony and recent ritual immersion pool inauguration in the city that was the pride of the Nazis were the greatest proof of the Faithfulness of the Eternal One of Israel.
