Following the firefights at al-Arish Tuesday night, the Egyptian Air Force fired missiles at terror suspects in the Sinai Peninsula, according to security sources. Egyptian media reports that at least 20 people have been killed.

This is the first Egyptian Sinai missile launch since 1973.
