The cost of scanning the materials in the Heftziba contracting company investigation will be split equally between the defense and prosecution, the Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday.
The decision was made after the State appealed the District Court's decision to impose the full cost of scanning on the State, a move which is contrary to common practice in such cases.
