Website for 'Nazirite Rabbi' David Cohen

Shai Hirsch has established a Website (https://sites.google.com/site/kolhanevoah/) where one can get details of the life and history of Rabbi David Cohen - who was known as the Nazirite Rabbi - ahead of the anniversary of Rabbi Cohen's death on the 28th of Av. Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, Hirsch said that the purpose of the site is to revive interest in the rabbi. It contains articles the rabbi wrote and articles written about him, a list of his books, audio lessons on the book "Orot Hakodesh" (Lights of Holiness), and items regarding his relationship with Rabbis Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook and Rabbi Tzvi Yehuda Kook of blessed memory.

Hirsch called Rabbi Cohen "a figure of tremendous knowledge in Kabbalah and philosophy, in Torah and wisdom. This light is difficult to contain and it's easier for us to take very clear and accurate figures." He said one who enters the site will leave it thinking more and getting a different perspective on our times, and be enchanted by one of the "biggest" majestic figures who arose among the Jewish people in the last few hundred years.
