Israeli-Syrian Condolences to Bulgarian Driver's Family

Deputy Minister Ayoub Kara reported, Thursday that his envoy to Bulgarian parliamentary talks with representatives of the Syrian opposition travelled to Yurukovo, on the Bulgarian-Greek border, to pay a condolence call, together with members of the Syrian delegation, on the family of Mustafa Kyosev, the bus driver who was killed in the July 18th attack that killed five Israelis in the Black Sea resort of Burgas.

Kyosev was a member of Bulgaria's ethnically Turkish Muslim population. His Muslim widow was moved by the visit and thanked Israel, noting that terror is not directed only at Israel but at all those who oppose extreme Islam.
