Israel's Counter-terrorism Task Force sharpened, Thursday, its warning against travel to the Sinai Peninsula, following an assessment of the situation.

The task force said, in a statement, "The information we have indicates that terrorist organizations in Gaza and other entities continue to act to carry out terrorist attacks - with an emphasis on kidnapping - against Israelis." The statement concluded, "The staff would recommend strongly to all those who wish to travel to Sinai, to refrain from doing so."
