A powerful blast rocked Libyan Army Intelligence offices in the city of Benghazi Wednesday evening.
There were no injuries reported. Security sources in Benghazi reported that the blast occurred when terrorists threw an explosive device towards the building from a passing car. Windows in nearby buildings were shattered by the explosion.
