Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is scheduled to fly to Albania on Wednesday to open an Israeli embassy. To date, Israel has appointed a non-resident ambassador to Albania.
While in the country Lieberman will meet with several political leaders, among them President Bujar Nishani and Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
