Justices Chanan Meltzer and Edna Arbel of the Supreme Court told the state, Monday morning, that the state must find alternative living arrangements for Arabs living in illegally-built communities. Their comments came during a hearing on an appeal by the Association for Citizens' Rights and residents of a village in the southern Hevron Hills which is built on an archaeological site and therefore cannot be authorized.
