Chairmen Aryeh Eldad and Ze'ev Elkin of the Knesset's Land of Israel Lobby reacted to Friday's Supreme Court delay in evicting Jews from the Binyamin-region hilltop community of Migron by saying, "The High Court rulinggives the government another opportunity topresentits just position on the issue of Migron in a clear and proper way."
They continued, in a statement, "We urge the prime Minister andmembers of theMinisterial Committee for Settlementto make surethat this time that their positiveattitude is presented by an attorneywho canand wants todefend it, and not one who wants to thwartit,as happenedin the discussionlast Sunday."
