Erdoğan: We'll Act Against North Syrian Terror Threat

Prime Minister Recip Tayip Erdoğan of Turkey said, Thursday, that Turkey would act against terror groups in northern Syria if they are seen as a threat.

Erdoğan told a news conference, "We will not allow terrorist organizations to establish camps in northern Syria and threaten Turkey." It is believed he was talking about Kurdish militias, whose separatist fight against Turkey predates the current violence in Syria.
