Russian FM: America Justifying Terrorism

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has slammed the United States for failing to condemn a bombing in Syria in which senior Syrian government officials were killed.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said that the bombing, carried out by rebel groups, proved that the UN must act in Syria. The American response is a justification of terrorism, Lavrov accused, in that it justifies violence as long as there is no UN agreement.
