Israel will built 500 residential units in Sderot in the near future. The Southern District Planning Committee has ratified the plans for the construction of the project, initiated by the Israel Lands Authority.
The residential units will be in low-rise buildings, and 150 will be garden apartments, with another 150 roof apartments.
There are public buildings, such as kindergardens and synagogues, planned for the area as well as open green spaces for parks.
