Increased Security around Israeli Olympic Team

Agents of the Shabak Israel Security Agency have been sent to London's Olympic village to supervise security arrangements first hand, against the backdrop of the threat by terror groups to carry out "the second part" of last week's terror attack in Bulgaria during the London games. Security officials are concerned that the terrorist who helped the suicide bomber in Burgas is making his way to the British capital with an explosive device to be used against the Israeli delegation.

The Times of London reported, Sunday, that more than 17,000 soldiers and 7,000 civilian security people will secure the Olympic park and 12,500 police officers will patrol the streets of London.
