The Israel Electric Company said, Friday morning, that it expected to restore power to the Tel Aviv suburbs of Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan around 7:30 a.m.

The utility said the areas were suffering electricity disruptions during the early morning hours due to a local malfunction.
