Israel filed a complaint with the UN Security Council on Thursday, following the terror attack in Bulgaria which claimed the lives of five Israelis.

Haim Waxman, Israel’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, wrote in the complaint, “The terror attack in Bulgaria is part of an international terror campaign, led by Iran and Hizbullah, against Israelis and Jews around the world.”
