Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, the Rabbi of Safed was keynote speaker at the Shaalei Torah network Social Justice conference this week at the Lavi hotel. The rabbi praised the Shaalei Torah urban Torah family cores and educators who implement real social justice by providing financial and educational support wherever they are across Israel.
