The political system estimates Wednesday morning that the PM will call for elections over budget disputes for no later than April 2013, as reported by Israel Army Radio.
According to the report, the PM will attempt to legislate the Yaalon Tal Law substitute proposal, by which draft can be suspended until age 26, without personal sanctions against those who avoid it. Yisrael Beteinu will propose its law demanding draft for all Hareidim and Arabs from age 18 Wednesday.
